    Delete from within the dashboard

    If you are signed in to Klipor, the fastest way to delete data is from the dashboard:

    • Disconnect a social platform: open Brands, pick the brand, and click Disconnect next to the platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Telegram). The stored access token is wiped immediately from our database.
    • Delete a brand: archive or delete a brand from the Brands page. All reels, captions, voiceovers, and renders linked to that brand are deleted within 30 days.
    • Delete your account: email us using the form below — full account deletion is processed manually so we can confirm the identity of the requester.

    Request deletion by email

    To delete your full Klipor account and all associated data, email us at support@klipor.com from the email address registered on your account. Include the word “DELETE ACCOUNT” in the subject line.

    We will:

    • Acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
    • Verify your identity by replying to the email on file.
    • Complete deletion within 30 days of verification.
    • Email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

    What gets deleted

    • Your user account record and authentication identifiers.
    • All brands you own, including connected-platform tokens (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram), brand logos, and brand voice settings.
    • All content rows: scripts, voiceover audio, generated images, rendered MP4 files, captions, and publishing history.
    • Billing records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 7 years), then deleted.
    • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analytics.

    What is NOT deleted from third-party platforms

    Posts you have already published through Klipor to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Telegram remain on those platforms after you delete your Kliporaccount. To remove those posts you must delete them directly on the platform, or contact that platform’s support.

  5. 05

    Meta-initiated data deletion requests

    If a user invokes data deletion from their Facebook account settings, Meta will send us a deletion request for any data we hold on that user. We honour these requests within 30 days. If Meta sends us such a request and we cannot reach you to confirm, we will proceed with deletion of any data tied to your Facebook identifier.
