Klipor is a digital service — no physical goods. Here's how and when credits and services reach your account.

    What you are buying

    When you complete a credit-pack purchase on Klipor, you receive a balance of in-platform credits that can be spent on script generation, voiceover synthesis, image generation, video-clip generation, video rendering, caption generation, and similar actions inside the Klipor dashboard.

    When credits are delivered

    • Successful payments: Credits are added to your account balance instantly— usually within a few seconds of Razorpay confirming the payment, and at most within 30 minutes.
    • Confirmation: You will see the updated balance in the dashboard sidebar immediately, and we send a confirmation email with the Razorpay payment reference within minutes.
    • Delayed delivery: If your payment was charged but credits have not appeared in your account within 1 hour, email support@klipor.com with the Razorpay payment reference and we will resolve it manually.

    When services are delivered

    Generation and rendering actions (script generation, voiceover, image generation, video clips, captions, rendering) are processed as soon as you trigger them from the dashboard. Most actions complete in under a minute; full video renders typically complete in 1–5 minutes depending on length and engine. Long-running operations (large video renders, batch publishing) may take longer; the dashboard shows live progress and lets you cancel at any time.

    Geographic coverage

    Klipor is available to customers worldwide who can complete a Razorpay INR payment. There are no shipping fees or geographic restrictions on access to the dashboard.

    Failed deliveries

    If credits are not delivered because of a technical issue on our side, we will either retry the credit-application automatically or issue a full refund per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
