Terms of Service

Klipor is a studio for creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, and similar formats) and publishing it to social platforms you connect, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram. The features available to you depend on the credit balance on your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, scripts, voiceovers, images, and videos that you upload to or generate within Klipor(“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, including publishing to the third-party platforms you authorise.

You agree not to use Klipor to create, store, or publish content that:

• Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other right of any person;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
• Distributes malware, phishing, or scam material;
• Violates the policies of any platform you publish to (e.g. Meta’s Community Standards, YouTube’s Community Guidelines, Telegram’s Terms of Service).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, or any other third-party platform, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Klipor is not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, their availability, or actions they take against your accounts. You authorise Klipor to act on your behalf on those platforms strictly within the scopes you granted at connect time.

• Klipor is a pre-paid credit service. You purchase credit packs in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, and credits are deducted from your balance as you generate scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, captions, and renders.
• The credit cost of each action is shown in the dashboard before you confirm the action.
• Purchased credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely while your account remains active.
• Pricing of credit packs and the credit cost of each action may change with at least 14 days’ notice posted in the dashboard or by email. Existing balances are honoured at their original purchase value.
• GST not applicable (sole-proprietorship below ₹20 lakh turnover threshold).

Our refund policy is described in detail on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. In summary: you may request a full refund of an unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from that pack have been consumed. Once any credits have been spent, the pack is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for the request process and timing.

The Klipor service, its software, design, templates, and documentation are owned by Mind Vision Software Solutions and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.

Klipor uses third-party machine-learning models to generate scripts, voiceovers, images, captions, and recommendations. A current list of sub-processors is available in our Privacy Policy. Generated output may be inaccurate, biased, or coincidentally similar to other works. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We make no warranty of originality, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Vision Software Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us, our users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the service ends; surviving provisions (e.g. limitations of liability, IP ownership) continue. Refunds on termination are governed by the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Klipor after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
