Refund & Cancellation Policy

Klipor is a pre-paid credit service. You buy a credit pack in Indian Rupees through Razorpay, and credits are deducted from your balance as you generate scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, captions, and renders. The credit cost of each action is shown in the dashboard before you confirm it. Credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely while your account remains active.

• Unused pack within 7 days: If you purchased a credit pack and have not consumed any credits from that pack, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Duplicate or failed charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged for a purchase where credits were not added to your account, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate or failed charge regardless of the 7-day window.
• Service unavailability: If a sustained service outage (more than 48 hours of continuous downtime) prevents you from consuming credits in a reasonable time, contact us and we will discuss a partial or full refund of the affected balance.

• Consumed credits: Once any credits from a pack have been spent on generation, rendering, or any other action, the pack is non-refundable. We have already paid the underlying generation and rendering costs, which we cannot recover.
• After 7 days: Unconsumed credits in a pack older than 7 days are non-refundable but remain in your account and can be used at any time.
• Policy or Terms violations: Credits on accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service (including abuse, unauthorised use, or fraudulent activity) are forfeited.
• Quality of generated output: Kliporprovides tools to generate content using machine-learning models; generated output is inherently variable. We do not refund credits because a specific generation did not meet your expectations. The dashboard lets you regenerate, edit, and retry — we encourage you to make use of those features.

Email support@klipor.com from the email address registered on your Klipor account with the subject line “Refund request” and include:

• The date of the purchase and the credit pack you bought.
• The Razorpay payment reference (we send this in the purchase confirmation email).
• The reason for the refund request.

• We acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days of receiving them.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount typically appears in your bank account or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits are removed from your Klipor balance.

You can stop using Kliporat any time. There is no recurring subscription — if you stop buying credit packs, you will not be charged again. Any unconsumed credits at the time of account deletion are forfeited and not refunded unless they meet the criteria above.
