Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.
• Brand and content data: brand names, handles, logos, voice settings, generated scripts, voiceover audio, rendered videos, captions, thumbnails, and publishing history that you create or upload while using the studio.
• Connected-platform tokens: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Telegram to a brand, we store the access tokens or credentials those platforms issue. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are used only to publish, schedule, or fetch insights for content you authorise.
• Billing data: when you purchase a credit pack, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card, UPI, or netbanking details directly. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount paid, and the pack you bought.
• Usage data: server logs (timestamps, IP addresses, requested URLs, user agents) and product-event logs (which features you used, generation and render activity) for security, debugging, and credit metering.

• To provide the Klipor service: generate scripts, render videos, publish to your connected social accounts, and show you analytics for what you published.
• To process payments and apply your credit balance.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To send service emails (purchase receipts, security alerts, important changes). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
• To improve Klipor — we may aggregate de-identified usage stats to make product decisions; we do not sell your data to anyone.

We share data with the following sub-processors strictly to deliver the service:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook + Instagram Graph APIs) — when you publish to FB Pages or IG Business accounts you have connected.
• Google (YouTube Data API) — when you publish YouTube Shorts.
• Telegram (Bot API) — when you publish to a Telegram channel via a bot you have added.
• OpenAI and Anthropic — script generation, caption generation, image prompts.
• ElevenLabs — voiceover synthesis.
• Jamendo — background music licensing.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Cloudflare R2, Amazon Web Services, and Vercel — file storage, rendering, hosting, and CDN.
• Razorpay — payment processing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Klipor, our users, or the public.

We use first-party cookies set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in, and a small number of preference cookies (e.g. theme). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

• Account, brand, and content data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
• When you delete your account or a brand, we delete or anonymise the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records) or to resolve outstanding disputes.
• Billing records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 7 years).

You can:

• Access and export the data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data via the dashboard or by emailing us;
• Delete a brand, disconnect a social platform, or delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page;
• Object to processing or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

Connected-platform tokens are encrypted at rest. Traffic between your browser and Klipor is encrypted with TLS. We restrict internal access to production data to a small number of operators. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.

Klipor is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email. Continued use of Klipor after a change means you accept the updated policy.
