Head to the signup page and create an account. No credit card required. On signup you receive 99 free credits — enough for 2-3 complete reels depending on content type.
Klipor uses email + password by default. Google OAuth is available. Verify your email after signup — some features (payments, publishing) require a confirmed email.
A “brand” in Klipor is the identity that appears on every reel you generate — your name, handle, colors, voice, and posting destinations. You need at least one brand before you can generate reels.
Go to Brands and click New Brand. The setup flow has four tabs:
First-time setup takes ~5 minutes. You can always come back and edit any field.
Klipor ships 9 content-type pipelines, each with format-specific AI prompts and render templates. Pick based on your niche and what you want to produce:
For your first reel, we recommend Quiz— it’s the fastest content type to generate (about 90 seconds end-to-end) and produces high-retention output. Once you’ve shipped one, try another format.
Click the content type in the sidebar (e.g. Quiz), then New Quiz. You’ll see a form with:

“My voiceover sounds off in language X.” Try a different voice ID from the picker. Klipor uses ElevenLabs Multilingual v2 by default; some languages have multiple voice options with different accents. Also check your brand’s Voice notes — pronunciation hints there affect all reels.
“My reel didn’t publish to a platform.” Check the Publish tab for a per-platform error message. Common causes: expired token (reconnect the platform in your Brand’s Connections tab), platform-specific quota hit (usually YouTube’s daily upload limit), or a content policy flag.
“My credits ran out.” Buy a top-up pack from Buy Credits. Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
“A generation errored out.”Klipor doesn’t charge credits for failed generations. Retry the same tab — the error is usually a transient upstream (OpenAI / ElevenLabs / Lambda) hiccup that clears in seconds. If it persists, contact support@klipor.com.
